- Messages: the messages, images, and files you send us on WhatsApp or through our website forms.
- Travel and visa information: passport details, photographs, travel dates, and other documents you provide so we can process a booking or visa application.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and cookies used for analytics and site functionality.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your enquiries and provide quotes.
- To process bookings, visa applications, and document reviews you ask us to handle.
- To send you service updates, booking confirmations, and reminders about your application.
- To send offers or promotional messages, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

3. WhatsApp messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, to communicate with customers. When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy, and by our customer management system so that our team can reply to you. We only message you on WhatsApp when you have contacted us first or have agreed to receive messages from us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when this is necessary to provide our services, for example with:
- Embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and visa processing centres, for your visa applications.
- Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines, for your bookings.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, messaging, and customer management providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Visa and booking records may be kept for a limited period after your service is completed for accounting and legal reasons.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time.

To request deletion of your personal data, including your WhatsApp conversation history held in our systems:

- Include your name and the phone number you used to contact us.
- We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, except for information we must keep by law.
