Terms and Conditions for Visa Services with Speedyway Travel and Tourism LLC
Non-Refundable Visa Fee: The visa fee once paid to Speedyway Travel and Tourism LLC is non-refundable.
Visa Approval Discretion: Visa approval is at the sole discretion of immigration officials and not Speedyway Travel and Tourism LLC.
No Guarantee of Approval: We cannot guarantee that all applications will be 100% approved.
Additional Documents: We may require additional documents based on immigration requirements. If we are unable to process a visa application due to immigration restrictions, additional documentation may be needed.
Non-Refundable Application: Once your visa application is submitted to immigration, the visa fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved or rejected.
Visa Cancellation: Cancellation of an issued visa may be requested for an additional fee, subject to immigration conditions.
Online E-Visas: All visas will be issued as online e-visas. However, an original copy can be requested for an additional fee.
Visa Message/OK to Board: The visa message or “OK to board” status can be updated for an additional fee.
Legal Responsibilities: If any crime takes place during the visit of a traveler sponsored by us, they will be dealt with by the UAE police department.
Penalties and Liabilities: In case of imprisonment or if the immigration system shows an overstay, the guarantor shall be solely responsible for the penalties and liabilities.
Agency Authority: The agency has full authority to take necessary action against the guarantor.
Right to Change Terms: Speedyway Travel and Tourism LLC reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice.
Additional Charges: Additional visa charges and a refundable security deposit of AED 2500 cash shall be applicable for certain nationalities or in cases where there is no relationship between the guarantor and the visitor.
Exit Requirement: If the visa applicant is currently in the UAE, he or she must exit the country before applying for a new visa.
What Are the Requirements for a UAE Visa?
- 1. A copy of the guarantor’s passport’s first, last, and visa pages
- 2. A copy of your Emirates ID
- 3. A copy of each visitor’s passport’s first and last pages
- 4. Each visitor’s passport-size photograph, taken against a white background
- 5. Each visitor’s passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months
- 6. If the visitor is your spouse, this must be mentioned on your passport
- 7. An additional cash deposit of up to AED 1000 may be required for certain visitors (not applicable for family visas*)
